Why do I continue to get the survey pop-up even though I've filled it out?
MedicalMoment.org depends on special files called "cookies" so that our servers can recognize that you have already filled out the survey. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer. If you have disabled cookies on your browser, you'll need to enable them in order to avoid seeing the survey pop-up in the future.
