Why should I join a Clinical Research Study?
People participate in clinical research for a variety of reasons. Some volunteer to gain access to promising drugs long before they are approved for the marketplace. Some patients wish to receive free medication, diagnostic evaluations and medical care during a study for a disease or condition from which they suffer. Other people participate in studies because they want to contribute to medical research that may help others with their disease.
