The Information Center can send free printed material, including fact sheets about going to the hospital and about prostate problems, sexuality, and urinary incontinence. National Kidney and Urologic Diseases Information Clearinghouse This Clearinghouse is a service of the Federal Government's National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases.
