I believe that physicians and patients learn from each other. Developing mutual trust, understanding and respect is a key aspect of my interactions with patients. The goal is preventing and treating illness with a balanced approach. I received my M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin in May 1997, where I also completed my internship and residency. I have a special interest in travel medicine, which involves special precautions and preparation depending on the destination. Away from the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, indoor and outdoor fitness activities, computers and traveling.

Education is one of the most important aspects of health care. I want each patient to make informed decisions concerning her health care after I've offered her as many options as possible. In 1969, I received my M.D. from the Medcial College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. I completed my internship at Los Angeles County Medical Center and my residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Milwaukee County General Hospital. I am Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. I have a particular concern for teenage gynecological problems and contraceptive counseling. Away from the clinic, I enjoy traveling, scuba diving, photography and tennis.

My most important responsibility is to help patients make appropriate educated health care choices. I received my B.S. degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After completing the Nurse Practitioner Course through Milwaukee Planned Parenthood, I received certification as a Nurse Practitioner. I am certified in Reproductive Endocrinology through the National Certification Corporation and as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber. My special interest is infertility, with the coordination of all inseminations, medications and referrals, and serving as a resource for information.

I believe that patients who are fully informed and educated regarding their options make the best decisions regarding their health care. An important part of my job is to clearly educate and advise my patients to help them make good health choices. In 1975, I earned my M.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine in Omaha. My residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed in 1979 at the University of Nebraska Affiliated Hospitals. In addition, I received special training in laser surgery, operative laparoscopy, operative hysteroscopy and endovaginal sonography. Pelvic floor reconstruction, operative hysteroscopy and endovaginal sonography are of special interest to me.
