Orthopaedic surgeon and joint replacement specialist, Dr. James Stiehl will present a comprehensive program addressing the advancements in surgical techniques for total joint replacement. He will discuss surgical implants and computer-aided technology in total joint replacement.

PACE: "People with Arthritis Can Exercise" is a program designed to increase mobility, strength and overall fitness. The group meets twice weekly (Mondays & Wednesdays) for a six-week series. The fee is $35 and the program is held at the Rheumatic Disease Center, 7080 N. Port Washington Road in Glendale.

SPLASH BACK is an ongoing water exercise program offered twice weekly at the Columbia Campus for an eight-week series. The fee is $48.
