Early detection is vital in the fight against cancer. The following screening programs are available at Columbia St. Mary’s to help with early detection.

Free Skin Cancer Screening
At various times throughout the year, Columbia St. Mary’s medical staff dermatologists examine participants for signs of skin cancer and make appropriate referrals.

Breast Cancer Screening
This complete, low-cost breast screening includes a physical examination of the breast, a mammogram (a low-dose X-ray of the breast) and instruction on breast self-examination.

Prostate Cancer Screening
At various times throughout the year, Columbia St. Mary’s urologists provide free prostate screening exams, including digital rectal exams and a prostate specific antigen blood test (PSA).

Lymphedema Screening
If you or your doctor have a concern about swelling or possible lymphedema, call (414) 291-1067 or (262) 243-7444 for a free screening.
